Questions & Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should we book Opus Mallorca?

For weddings and larger productions we recommend booking 6–12 months ahead, especially for peak season (May–October). Corporate events and smaller private celebrations can often be arranged with shorter notice — get in touch and we'll let you know what's possible for your date.

Do you provide equipment only, or DJs and musicians too?

Both. We supply and operate professional sound, lighting and visual equipment, and we can also provide DJs, live musicians, singers and MCs — either from our own network or coordinated with artists you've already booked.

Can you work at any venue in Mallorca, including private villas and fincas?

Yes. We work across hotels, fincas, villas, beach clubs, restaurants, wedding venues and private estates island-wide, including locations with limited power access — we bring generators or coordinate power requirements with the venue in advance.

Do you provide backup equipment in case something fails?

Yes, redundancy is built into every production. Critical systems — sound, microphones, key lighting — are backed up so a technical issue never interrupts your event.

What happens if it rains or the weather changes?

We plan contingencies with your planner or venue in advance, including covered or indoor alternatives, weatherproof equipment housing and flexible setup timing, so a change in weather doesn't put the schedule at risk.

Can you work alongside our wedding planner, venue or event agency?

Absolutely — most of our work is done in close coordination with planners, venues and agencies. We integrate into the existing production timeline rather than working in isolation.

Do you require a deposit, and how does payment work?

A deposit secures your date, with the balance due ahead of the event. Full details, including cancellation terms, are shared in your personalised quote.

Do you work with international or multilingual clients?

Yes, we regularly work with destination weddings and international companies. Our team communicates in English, Spanish and Swedish, and we're used to coordinating with overseas planners and guests.
